San Diego Automotive Museum is home to over 60 motorcycles in the permanent collection. Included in the collection is a motorcycle that ran from San Diego to Fort Lauderdale on one tank of gas. Also featured are café and board track racers and custom bikes and choppers.

Hours: open daily 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but is closed on major holidays. Admission fees are $8 for adults 16-64, $6 for seniors over 64, $6 for military with ID, $5 for student with ID, $4 for youth 6-15, and free for children under 6.

The Solvang Motorcycle Museum displays a collection of vintage and rare motorcycles as well as European race bikes. The collection is quite broad, ranging from a 1910 FN to the present, and across all makes.

The Shop: Vintage Museum has earned a reputation as one of the most respected sources for service and parts for Indian Motorcycles. They also provide service and parts for Harley-Davidson, Crocker, Henderson, and other American motorcycles and are renowned for their restoration work. Among the motorcycles on display are a 1902 Indian, 1913 Harley-Davidson, and a 1928 Excelsior racer.
