Here are some update on the development of this motor.

About 10 days ago, we took our motor to KOSO factory in TW, to get our motor Dyno on their DynoJet Machine.



The result is 21 rear wheel HP at 10,000RPM. The bike is capable of reaching 14,000-15,000RPM but at the moment we need to make adjustment to a few things before we can reach 14,000-15,000RPM.

These are the parts we need to change, to make 25-26hp that we have calculated for this motor. Need to make the exhaust bigger, the size need to be 35mm. Carb intake need to be bigger with better position. Need bigger carbs, at the moment we using TMR-MJN-28. Need new water hose, with better position. Cam need to be adjust and CDI need to be change. After we change these parts, we will try another dyno run, to try to achieve our 25-26hp that we have calculated for this motor Smile

This week we were designing the new parts that need to be change and this is the intake manifold that we have design for the KOSO 34mm carb.





By the way, a brand new 138cc Taky SuperHead + R for the NSF only Dyno on this Dynojet at 17hp and not 20hp as stated on their website Smile

We will change one part at a time for the Dyno test, to see how many HP it is adding to each part that we change. Will udpate as we go through our second dyno soon.

After a couple months of waiting for newer parts to be manufacture, we have finally been able to recieved all the parts for testing and this is our newest Dyno result. We will change the setting of our watercool race motor once more, to add another 1-2 hp before our production of this race motor.

Red line is the current engine setting with PWK34 carburator.
Blue line is the current engine setting with the PWK30 carburator.
Green line is the 1st engine setting and the 1st time that we dyno our motor about 3 months ago.


Our SMR 180cc watercool race motor's torque chart, from the Dynojet Machine. Highest torque reach was with PWK30 carburator 1.88NM With the PWK34 carburator the torque was slightly less 1.83 NM
Red line is the current engine setting, with PWK34 carburator.
Blue line is the current engine setting, with the PWK30 carburator.
Green line is the 1st engine setting and the 1st time that we dyno our motor about 3 months ago.

During our waiting for the newer parts to be manufacture, we have started our spare time designing our 200cc single cam, 4v, aircool race motor.


Our air-cool 200cc, single cam, 4V race motor on our test bike, on the 1st start up and it was spitting fire nonstop. Needed fine tuning on the carb before we stop the exhaust from spitting out fire. We are waiting for a few more parts for this motor before we will try our 1st Dyno test.

Not 3 軸加工. You would need 5 軸 for this but we also didn't use 5 軸 for this. This is from RP machine hehe
